This is the dealer not knowing how to properly set up this campaign in their CRM. They think eliminating filters means they cast a wider net but that just lands their emails in spam folders and their actual letters (lol) in the recycling bin.

Well technically they changed the oil, air filter, cabin filter, and did a coolant flush why we were signing the papers so they did service it haha
