This is the dealer not knowing how to properly set up this campaign in their CRM. They think eliminating filters means they cast a wider net but that just lands their emails in spam folders and their actual letters (lol) in the recycling bin.

Yeah, given the wording of that form letter, if they refuse to buy back your car at more than you paid, then they are admitting that they ripped you off because they sold you your car at much higher than ‘present value ’.

Well technically they changed the oil, air filter, cabin filter, and did a coolant flush why we were signing the papers so they did service it haha
